Company enjoys booming business

UXB International may hire additional people to help fill contracts to
remove explosives.

A defense contractor that handles explosives made a relatively quiet
entrance to Blacksburg a few months ago. 

But UXB International might drum up quite a bit of noise as it settles
in at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center. 

During the next two years, the company could provide more than 150 local
jobs and open the door to overseas employment for the very adventurous,
said UXB President Richmond Dugger.
