[CPEO-MEF] We don't want to lose readership

Some time in October, we will start dropping non-paying subscribers from
this list. If you have notified us that you do not intend to pay, we
will remove you from our list at that time.

It is CPEO's hope to minimize the loss of readership, because we believe
the Military Environmental Forum is a valuable tool for all associated
with federal facilities environmental issues. Please note our sliding
scale, designed to make it possible for every reader to continue subscribing.

If you are part of a large organization (government agency, corporation,
university), please initiate the paperwork now, if not yesterday, to
facilitate prompt payment.

If you have already paid, please excuse this notice. It's the most
efficient way to get the word out.

Regular Rate: $60

Sponsor Rate: $120 or more (All amounts above $60 are tax-deductible as
contributions to the Pacific Studies Center. Sponsor subscriptions
enable us to offer discounts to low-income subscribers.)

Low-Income Rate: $25

Group Rates (NEW):

3 recipients: $120 ($40 each)
10 recipients: $300 ($30 each)
100 recipients: $2000 ($20 each)
