I should have mentioned, in my earlier summary, that Assistant
Administrator Bodine did not directly address one of the primary
contentions of the Children's Health Committee: That nursing infants may
be exposed to five to ten times as much perchlorate as the reference
dose, the level at which EPA expects "no statistically or biologically
