By KILEY MILLER Burlington Hawk Eye (IA) June 23, 2006 MIDDLETOWN — The commander of the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant gives on–post emergency crews an A–plus for their quick and disciplined response to an explosion last week that killed two men. In his first sit–down interview since the June 12 blast, Lt. Col. Jack Judy acknowledged Thursday that investigators have not pinned down a cause, but all evidence points to an accident and away from criminal activity. The first lethal explosion at the plant in nearly four decades claimed the lives of Justin Friedrichsen, 24, of Biggsville, Ill., and Steven Upton, 48, of Danville. ...
