affecting the U.S. military and DoD. Other articles pertaining to 
research and new aspects surrounding the energy question are also

like-minded people throughout the U.S. This newsletter serves as a way 
to consolidate and then dissipate the important topics discussed by the 
Energy Consensus group."

This is a new publication, and some of the information it presents is
