Commerce park site eyed Chamber and Navy consider land swap Carlton Proctor Pensacola News Journal (FL) November 10, 2006 The Navy and a group of local business leaders have revived talks about developing a 640-acre helicopter training field near Beulah into a commerce park. "It's back in play," said Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce CEO Evon Emerson. "The Navy is ready to talk again." ...
