[CPEO-MEF] Aerojet's Chino Hills cleanup

Aerojet General's 800-acre private munitions test facility in Chino Hills,
California east of Los Angeles, was closed in 1995 after 40 years of
operation. Investigative reporter Michael Collins has repeatedly documented
