By Aaron Besecker Niagara Gazette (NY) June 29, 2007A representative from CWM Chemical Services is raising questions about a radiological waste expert hired for a Niagara County Health Department project, an expert also working for an attorney paid to fight the hazardous waste landfill's expansion proposal. CWM spokeswoman Lori Caso said she is "disappointed" in the hiring of Marvin Resnikoff for consulting work on the county's Community LOOW Project. ...CWM, the Northeast's only active hazardous waste landfill, is located on the former Lake Ontario Ordnance Works site.
