Base makes progress on site clean-ups By Laura London Alamogordo Daily News December 5, 2007 The Holloman Air Force Base Restoration Advisory Board met Tuesday night to discuss progress in reclaiming contaminated soil sites on the base. The meeting was attended by one Alamogordo resident Fred Wilcoxson. Deborah Hartell, chief of the Environmental Flight under the 49th Civil Engineer Squadron, said Mayor Don Caroll usually attends but was unable that night due to a city commission meeting.
