The extended timeline is the result of delays in receiving approval to transfer 33 parcels of property from the U.S. Air Force Real Property Agency to PARC. Those transfers require approval from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation and sometimes the New York Department of Health. ...
