In November 2006, the secretary of the Navy chose Naval Support Activity-Panama City to participate in the Department of Defense-backed Joint Land Use Study. With NSA-PC making extensive use of underwater ranges in St. Andrew Bay, increased population and ensuing development might pose some risks for the integrity of those ranges. The study's aim is to resolve those issues in a satisfactory manner for both parties. ...
