Palk News-Post Staff April 30, 2009FORT DETRICK -- Residents of the post's single-family houses are asking why their housing management company took nearly a day to issue a boil water advisory after getting complaints about yellow water. Leslie Miller, who lives on West Huff Boulevard, and Natalie Roberts, a West Fagan Lane resident, said they noticed the discolored water Tuesday afternoon. ...
