Leftover Weaponry Possible on Blue Mountain Adam Painter KECI TV-13 News (Missoula, MT) March 31, 2010The Army is worried about old, leftover weapons on Blue Mountain. Soldiers used to train with rockets, machine guns, and grenades just southwest of Missoula. This spot stretches across 300 acres of Blue Mountain. They stopped that live fire training in 1986, but leftover weapons could be anywhere there. The Army National Guard plans to hire contractors to double check for old weapons, but officials aren't worried about anybody getting hurt. ...
