Judge dismisses developer's multi-million dollar case against Fort Detrick

A developer’s $37 million lawsuit against Fort Detrick is now closed.

Waverley View Investors LLC failed to show that the Army was bound to environmental cleanup activities, according to Judge Catherine C. Blake, who made the ruling Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Baltimore.

The court granted the Army’s motion to dismiss the case.
