Army civilians clear explosive components from beach by Walter Ham Defense Video and Imagery Distribution Systems June 16, 2105 DEAL BEACH, N.J. - U.S. Army civilians from 20th CBRNE Command (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives) conducted an unexploded ordnance clearance mission here June 8 - 16.
