Motorcycles and hikers would take turns on Badger Ammunition trails By Steven Verburg Wisconsin State Journal August 11, 2015 A draft master plan released Tuesday for the former Badger Army Ammunition Plant includes no provision for a shooting range or all-terrain vehicles, but it would allow motorcycles on trails six days a year and launching of model rockets 10 days. The plan released by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for its portion of the site shows trails for hiking, bicycling and horseback riding.
