[CPEO-MEF] Indiana: EPA Reports Crane Not Compliant with NPDES Permit

INDIANA - For most of the last three years, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division has not complied with or significantly violated conditions of its federal wastewater/stormwater discharge permit. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Crane has only been in compliance ONCE in the last 12 quarters. Conditions in the facility's Clean Water Act (NPDES) permit are designed to protect nearby surface water and human health from pollutant discharges.
