Martinsburg OK's federal claim in water contamination case by Matthew Amsted Hagerstown Herald Mail May 11, 2018 MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Martinsburg is working toward an agreement with the federal government related to the cost of water contamination linked to the 167th Airlift Wing base at Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport, City Attorney Kin Sayre said.
