Subj: Unusual East Coast deaths (whales, Jan.; dolphins, June)

   These whale and dolphin mortalities could well be from ocean
conditions, but does anyone know what Navy training exercises have
been conducted off the East Coast from December to the present, and
where, and the names of the exercises?
