Sounds interesting...will it be in the theaters or just TV?
Is there anyone I can turn to to get the numbers of Pennsylvanians who are threatened by AFFF exposure, in drinking water, air, or ground? In SE PA esp Bucks and Montgomery Counties we have over 80,000 current residents affected. Over the past 30 years the number is probably more than doubled. Many of these were vets stationed at or cycled through the NAWDC (Johnsville/Warminster) and WGNAS (now known as the Air National Guard facility in Horsham, PA). New Cumberland, Tobyhanna. I'm not counting MaGuire because NJ has different issues and laws. Commercial airfields are included because they trained with AFFF. There are two in Philadelphia, one in Allentown, Harrisburg, Pittsburg. What am I missing? As long as they had active airfields during the last 17 years these numbers will help. _______________________________________________By Peggy Spear Beaumont Enterprise October 19, 2018 Vallejo is ready for its close-up. It’s been almost a century since the first movie was filmed in the seaside town, a 1924 thriller called “Devil’s Cargo.” Now, with the help of the base closure at Mare Island, the city is becoming one of the most popular Northern California destinations for filming network and cable television shows as well as big-budget movies. The popular series about teen suicide, “13 Reasons Why,” is probably the most notable show being filmed in the city, at least until “Bumblebee” is released this Christmas. Both of those blockbusters were filmed in converted studios on Mare Island, complete with the high school gymnasium seen in “13 Reasons Why.” … For the entire release, see https://www.beaumontenterprise.com/news/article/Popular-movies-TV-shows-zoom-in-on-Vallejo-13316053.php -- Lenny Siegel Executive Director Center for Public Environmental Oversight a project of the Pacific Studies Center P.O.
