Hi All,
 
I’m reaching out to let you know that the National Academies will be publishing our report, Alternatives for the Demilitarization of Conventional Munitions, next week.  We’d like to invite you to participate in a report release webinar that will take place on December 6, 2018 at 1:30pm EST where the study chairs will discuss the committee’s recommendations and take questions from the audience.
 
Please see the eflyer below for more details.  I’ve also attached a pdf flyer in case that is more convenient.

Alternatives for the Demilitarization of Conventional Munitions
Report Release Webinar on 12/6 at 1:30pm ET


What alternative technologies can replace open burning and open detonation for excess conventional munitions? What challenges remain before these alternative technologies can be implemented? On December 6, 2018 at 1:30pm EST, please join us for a webinar about the new National Academies' report, Alternatives for the Demilitarization of Conventional Munitions. During the webinar, members of the study committee will discuss the key findings and recommendations of the report and take questions from the audience.
