Meeting Held in Clovis to Discuss Cannon Air Force Base Water Pollution By Chase Horn My High Plains March 19, 2019 CLOVIS, N.M. (KAMR/KCIT) - State legislatures, county officials, and concerned residents met in Clovis Tuesday to discuss clean drinking water. King Industries led the discussion about groundwater contamination from Cannon Air Force base. King Industries is a consulting firm for FEMA recovery projects and water resource engineering. It's acting as a liaison between the local government, state government, and Air Force to try and get all parties involved to work towards a solution. "The next steps will be to identify some of the viable options that we can employ," King Industries Vice President of Engineering Tom Blaine said.
