Civic group says carcinogen detected at former USFK site in Busan Yonhap (S. Korea) June 12, 2019 SEOUL -- The former site of a United States Forces Korea (USFK) facility in Busan, the southern port city, is still contaminated with dioxin, a Group 1 carcinogen, a civic activist group said Wednesday. Green Korea United said dioxin has been detected at the former site of the USFK's Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) in Busan's Jingu district.
