Subject: [CPEO-MEF] Public comment on Munitions Cleanup in Seattle, WA

WASHINGTON STATE is inviting public comment on the draft RCRA Order for the Submerged Lands Area investigation of Pier 90/91 at the Port of Seattle.  This includes the area where historical military use by the Navy has resulted in discovery of Discarded Military Munitions (DMM) in the sediments at the Port of Seattle cruise ship terminal between Piers 90 and 91.
