EPA to help farmers clean up toxic foam chemicals BY THERESA DAVIS ALBUQUERQUE JOURNAL (NM) November 24, 2019 Clovis dairy farmer Art Schaap still can’t sell the milk or meat from his cows. It’s been more than a year since the animals tested positive for toxic chemicals that leaked into the dairy’s water wells from nearby Cannon Air Force Base.
