New Red Hill suit with 2,200 plaintiffs claims contamination of Navy water continues

HONOLULU - Monique Delgado says she, her husband and their two children got severely sick with rashes, stomach illnesses and difficulty breathing during the 2021 Navy tainted water crisis.

“I went to the ER almost dying because my doctor ordered me to go. I was losing all my breath and my heart was racing. Even the doctors in the ER couldn’t explain it,” said Delgado, who lived at Kapilina Beach Homes.

They’re part of a new Red Hill lawsuit against the U.S. government with more than 2,200 plaintiffs.

The Just Well law firm says it now represents 7,500 impacted military members, their families and civilians in Red Hill related litigation.
