Just Released! ESTCP FY 2024 Supplemental Solicitation
 
The Department of Defense’s Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) released a solicitation on August 22, 2024, requesting proposals for the treatment and destruction of aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) concentrates. 

The due date for all proposals is September 19, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. ET. More information about the solicitation, including instructions and deadlines, is available on the ESTCP website.
