Hi. I'm Marylia Kelley with Tri-Valley CAREs, a Livermore CA based citizens
organization working on nuclear weapons policy and cleanup at the Department of
Energy's facilities--particularly Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. I
believe that many of these citizen advisory panels really need INDEPENDENT
facilitation, wherein an organization is jointly chosen by the community
advisory group and the military (DOE, DOD). Peace, Marylia
