Thanks for the suggestions. FYI we have decided to
eliminate the separate Community Involvement Track in
favor of incorporating relevant panels in the other tracks. 
This is in response to people feeling like they couldn't cross
the lines to other tracks, and the lack of community
presence among the other tracks.

I think that this will force all of the stakeholders to integrate,
mingle, interact, and hear the other's perspective. Nothing is
cast in stone yet but this is the working plan.
