I did not mean to imply that Arizona is secretive - we aren't. We have detailed community involvement requirements built in to our statute. Further, for sites that are not cleaned to residential levels, or for which engineering or institutional controls are used, we require a deed restriction that runs with and burdens the land. We do maintain a list of those properties. However, we do not attempt to hunt down and list Brownfields sites that are not yet addressed.
