Dear Colleagues:
Arizona strives to continuously improve it's  services.  I believe that, to
the extent it is possible, it is ore  efficient, both from a program
development standpoint and for our ustomers, to  try to be as uniform as
possible from state-to-state, especially within 
  Region.  Therefor, in
the interest of not reinventing the wheel, I ould  like to know, with
regard to the Federal Brownfields Tax Incentive:

1.  What form does your certification for the Federal Tax ncentive 
take?
2.  How do you assure that the information provided is  correct?
3.  What does the IRS do if the state issues a certificatin in  error?

With regard to EPA-funded Phase I and Phase II site assessment  grants:

1.  How do you do a responsible party search?

With regard to EPA-funded cleanup revolving loan funds:

1.  How do you do a responsible party search?
