[CPEO-BIF] South Central workshop on air permit review

U.S. EPA Region 6 and the Earth Day Coalition are sponsoring a free
workshop for the public on "Reviewing and Commenting on New Source
Review Permits for Major Air Pollution Sources" under the Clean Air Act.
That is, this workshop will give residents the tools they need to
influence the siting of power plants and similar facilities.

The training, which will be held in Houston on January 25th and January
26th, 2003, is open to community members from Arkansas, Louisiana, New
Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, as well as Indian tribes in the region.
Travel reimbursement may be available.
