In addition to the caveats Brooks mentions in his posting,  the OSHA
permissible exposure limit (PEL) for TCE is four fold higher than that
recommended by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
NIOSH's recommended level of 25ppm for a 10 hour time weighted average
is an advisory, not a regulatory value.
