Bridging the Gap: Community Vision & Developer Reality As the

market momentum moving forward? How can communities use market-based
realities to guide their vision for environmental protection and site
redevelopment? What policies and incentives support the best examples of
community involvement working collaboratively with private developers? A
panel of experts from the private sector, nonprofit organizations, and
local government agencies will discuss how to continue to expand interest
and investment in brownfield redevelopment with an eye towards keeping
communities involved at every step.
