[CPEO-BIF] NYS DEC Issues Draft Program Policy on Vapor Intrusion

Within a week of the State Assembly Environmental Conservation Committee's 
field hearing on vapor intrusion in Endicott, NY, DEC has issued for public 
comment its draft Program Policy on "Evaluating the Potential for Vapor 
Intrusion at Past, Current, and Future Sites."
