[CPEO-BIF] Brownfields conference travel scholarships

Now is the time to apply for travel scholarships to the Brownfields 2006 
conference in Boston, which will take place November 13-15. Please note 
that scholarships this year will support hotel accommodations only. 
Also, preference will be give to people who have not received 
scholarships in the recent past. This year's scholarship program is 
focusing on environmental justice, community development, and local 
government representatives.
