Water Street RFP ends; Ypsilanti ponders next step by Greg Migliore Ann Arbor Business Review (MI) February 28, 2008 Ypsilanti officials are continuing to consider options for redevelopment of the Water Street site, a 38-acre parcel of city-owned land on the edge of downtown. The city concluded a request for proposals to market the brownfield site earlier this month, drawing one firm, CB Richard Ellis. Now officials plan to take two months to figure out a new strategy to attract more marketing options and developers, although they plan to consider the CBRE proposal. They will give an update to City Council on March 19. ...
