But some facts unclear, proposals could change By Jason Carmel Davis Dearborn Press & Guide (MI) March 16, 2008 DEARBORN - There's a huge makeshift "sold" sign in the window of Lynch's on Howard Street. The sign is made of huge red letters in what looks like stencil, outlined in black. But the "for sale" sign remains below the colored-in sold sign, and there are conflicting reports on whether the site, which had been occupied by Lynch's for more than 50 years before it closed June 16, 2007, has been sold. Allison Fishwick, the Re/Max agent handling the sale of the site, could not be reached for comment. ...
