Page Industry site remediation to begin Mid-Hudson News (NY) August 12, 2008POUGHKEEPSIE - Work will begin next week on an interim remedial measure to address contaminated ground water at the B906 site at Page Business Park off Route 55 in the Town of Poughkeepsie. The site is listed on the New York State Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites as a Class 2 site, one having hazardous waste present at concentrations representing a significant threat to human health and/or the environment. The site includes the B906 building and surrounding area. The building, which was previously used for manufacturing processes, has been renovated as a commercial climate controlled storage facility. ...
