BUSINESS CENTER FILLING UP INDUSTRIAL INCUBATOR: Few spaces available; new building a possibility By NANCY MADSEN WATERTOWN DAILY TIMES (NY) JANUARY 8, 2009 The Watertown Center for Business and Industry is filling up.The center - the former New York Air Brake complex at 800 Starbuck Ave. - is run by the Watertown Industrial Center Local Development Corp. The center has just a few spaces open: a 6,000-square-foot space in Building C and about 20,000 square feet in Building B. If enough good businesses come along, a new building is a possibility. "We're looking at how we can move forward with new businesses," said William J. Soluri, site manager. "There's not many other spaces available in the area that can handle heavy-industrial or manufacturing businesses." ...
