GM site demolition about 75 percent done Razing ought to be finished

by Lou Whitmire Mansfield News Journal (OH) October 15, 2013Demolition should be wrapped up by the end of the year at the former General Motors plant site. MCM Management Corp.’s Assistant Project Manager Jerry Kline said, "Once we complete the mezzanine area, we will be moving into the administrative offices." Sunfest Ontario LLC plans to build a new facility on the site of the former General Motors plant, now called Ontario Business Park. Developers are demolishing all buildings at the former GM site on West Fourth Street to make way for construction for Sunfest. The herb growing facility is the first business earmarked to build at the multi-tenant corporate park. ...
