Brownfield bills signed into law By Tom Lehman WDEL Radio News (DE) October 6, 2014Three bills aimed at promoting more brownfield development and liability for lenders and banks who finance those projects were signed into law on Monday. The new laws revise existing environmental policies and clarify what actions lenders must undergo to maintain liability protection for a redevelopment project at a brownfield, an area of land previously used for industrial or some commercial purposes. ...
