NYSDEC Announces Streamlined Brownfield Agreement Amendments

NYSDEC has developed a streamlined application and process for  
amending Brownfield Cleanup Agreements.  The new application may be  
used to add, substitute or remove parties to agreements; and to make  
minor changes in the property covered by agreements.

The amendment application form also serves as the amendment  
agreement, thus combining the application and amendment processes.

The amendment form (PDF) may be downloaded on the NYSDEC’s web site  
at www.dec.ny.gov/docs/remediation_hudson_pdf/bcpamend.pdf
