LOWER PROVIDENCE - The containment of groundwater contamination by trichloroethylene (TCE) near proposed homes off Germantown Pike was discussed by the board of supervisors and state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) officials Thursday night.
In February the board approved zoning changes to permit townhouses in the I-industrial district with a conditional use hearing. W.B.
