NOAH, East Boston CDC Receive State Funding for Coppersmith Village, East Site Projects By John Lynds East Boston Times-Free Press (MA) November 12, 2015 Both the East Boston Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH) and the East Boston Community Development Corporation (CDC) were awarded state funds to help their two projects get off the ground.
