DEC eyes possible cleanup of old Corning Hospital site by Jeff Murray Elmira Star Gazette (NY) February 15, 2016 The state Department of Environmental Conservation will conduct an investigation of the former Guthrie Corning Hospital site at 176 Denison Parkway East in Corning to determine whether any soil or water contamination needs to be addressed. The DEC is seeking public comment on a proposed investigation and possible cleanup under the state's brownfield program.
