Bay City Elks Lodge closes on building for new headquarters

BAY CITY, MI - The Bay City Elks Lodge has closed on a new headquarters in town for $159,000.

The building was most recently used as a call center for Outdoor Adventures, and before that it was a gas station in the 1930s.

The MDEQ did a baseline environmental assessment that found out areas of the soil were contaminated and needed to be cleaned up before construction or renovations could take place.
