Indianapolis-based TWG Development will break ground Wednesday on Connection @ South Side, a $56.7 million project located a stone’s throw from Hot Metal Street and the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex. The five-story building will feature 39 studio, 160 one-bedroom and 81 two-bedroom apartments.
