By Lisa Broadt Burlington County Times (NJ) November 19, 2019 HAINESPORT - The township is considering 100% affordable rental housing on land formerly occupied by an industrial tank cleaning company. First, though, the township needs to clean up the 3.4-acre contaminated property. Soil testing performed at the property this year showed pollution from four known carcinogens, according to a township analysis. Testing of groundwater at one well on the property showed 10 known or suspected carcinogens, including arsenic, the analysis showed.
