Review set today for brownfield cleanup plan By Jessica Lerner Manchester Journal Inquirer (CT) November 21, 2019 In an effort to conduct a brownfield cleanup of six contiguous properties it owns — two in Windsor and four in Hartford — the nonprofit Riverfront Recapture is applying for a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the public is invited to review the application and comment on it at a meeting this afternoon. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. at the Greater Hartford Jaycees Community Boathouse in Riverside Park, Leibert Road in Hartford.
